a. Zoom Account Information
When you sign up using your Zoom account, we collect your name, email address, and other basic profile information provided by Zoom through their secure OAuth authentication.
b. Contact List Information
If you upload your own contact lists (in CSV format), we collect and store the details you provide, such as names, phone numbers, email addresses, job titles, and associated company names.
c. Call Activity & Interaction Data
During your use of the app, we collect:
• Notes and labels you attach to each call
• Call
statuses (e.g., No Answer, Reschedule)
• Timestamps of calls and follow-ups
• Scheduled callback

• Any updates or edits you make to contacts
d. Usage and Device Information
To improve functionality and user experience, we collect technical data including:
• Login
timestamps
• Feature usage behavior
• Application version and performance metrics

type and operating system
The information collected is used for the following purposes:
• To enable the app’s core features,
such as uploading contact lists, making calls, taking notes, and scheduling callbacks

Creel SmartDial by analyzing how users interact with the platform

feedback (you can opt out of non-essential communications)
Creel SmartDial does not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

You have full control over your uploaded lists and contact data within the app. You may:

uploaded lists at any time via your profile section
• Edit contact information and call notes

Request complete deletion of your Creel SmartDial account and associated data by emailing us at

We will respond to data deletion or modification requests within a reasonable timeframe.
Creel SmartDial requires you to log in via your Zoom account. The integration allows the app to initiate outbound calls and retrieve your Zoom profile details. Creel SmartDial does not access, record, or store any of your Zoom meetings, messages, or video/audio content.
As part of its functionality, the app helps you manage callbacks and follow-up conversations. These entries are stored to maintain accurate call history and improve sales or outreach efforts.
You can delete or reschedule callbacks, and view all historical activity on each contact via the app’s interface.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. You may delete your contact lists and schedule data anytime. Upon deletion of your account, all associated information will be permanently removed unless retention is legally required.
Creel SmartDial is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect or store information from anyone in this age group. If we become aware of such data, it will be promptly deleted.
As the app evolves, this Privacy Policy may be updated. Changes will be posted on this page, and for major updates, we may notify users via email or in-app message. Continued use of the app after any changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.
