These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Creel SmartDial application, which integrates with the Zoom desktop client. By using Creel SmartDial, users agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
Creel SmartDial is a smart dialer tool designed to support outbound calling, contact list management, call tracking, and follow-ups. It is currently available for free during the beta phase to gather user feedback.
Use of the application is permitted only if:
• The user is at least 16 years old
• A valid Zoom
account is used
• The application is used solely for lawful, professional purposes
Creel SmartDial requires Zoom account login. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Zoom credentials and for securing access to their device.
Creel SmartDial is not liable for any damage or loss resulting from unauthorized use of the account.
This application is in beta. Features may be modified, removed, or temporarily unavailable. The platform is provided “as is”, with no warranty of performance, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Feedback from beta users is encouraged to help improve the product.
Users agree to:
• Upload contact data they have the legal right to use
• Avoid using the
application for spam or unauthorized solicitation
• Not interfere with or disrupt the functionality
of the application
• Respect call schedules, notes, and contact preferences
Any misuse may result in access being revoked without notice.
All intellectual property related to Creel SmartDial—including the interface, functionality, and design—is protected. Users may not copy, reproduce, or modify any part of the application without prior written authorization.
Zoom is a registered trademark of Zoom Video Communications, Inc., used solely for login and call features.
Users may stop using the application at any time. Access may be suspended or terminated without notice in the event of terms violation or misuse.
Creel SmartDial is provided without any express or implied warranties. No guarantees are made regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creel SmartDial shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including data loss, service interruption, or business disruption.
Terms may be updated at any time. Users will be notified of major changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the application after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Moroccan courts.
